Cancellation policy

Free cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date. After that, the first night will be charged. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Reservations & payments

A reservation is only confirmed after the online payment is completed. Prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include applicable taxes (VAT and Lodging Tax). Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out until 12:00 PM.
